Molly and Adam’s Beautiful Wedding Day. Filmed in Chesterton, Ind.

Molly and Adam’s wedding was another story of triumph over adversity in the midst of a very goofy, disruptive wedding season! Molly and Adam were married in a scaled back ceremony on their original wedding day in May. This was right when restrictions were so tight however they couldn’t invite many friends or family so they hosted a second celebration of their vow renewal and reception party later in September. It was a beautiful, fun wedding day which we were so happy to attend and film for them. They did just a couple of things differently from their first ceremony being a vow renewal which was fun and thoughtful, see if you can spot them!

Erica & Greg | High School sweethearts finally Married at The University of Notre Dame

Erica and Greg had a bumpy road to their wedding day thanks to circumstances beyond their control. First off their wedding got postponed, fortunately for us we were free on their new date and could still film for them. After rescheduling their date the University had a mandatory lockdown go into effect and had to shut down their reception venue and hotel just two weeks prior to the event! The university event professionals were so gracious and so helpful as always with providing transportation and other free services to help facilitate their switch to a new venue format. However with only 8 days to go before the wedding Erica’s mother aka (rockstar) wedding planner went into high gear searching out and booking a new venue. Keep in mind this includes updates from vendors to change the lighting, food service, flowers and room dressing, not to mention updating all the guests to a new hotel! Long story short they were able to pull it all off and hosted a really breathtaking wedding. Funny story during the FOB speech Erica’s dad got emotional when thanking the vendors and quipped he’s probably the first dad ever to cry at a wedding while talking about the vendor team!

We couldn’t have been more happy to be there for them to see their day unfold and to create a beautiful film to describe their wedding day. Cheers to you Eric and Greg, we love you guys!

Rosemary & Greg’s Pitch Perfect Wedding at The Basilica at Notre Dame and Palais Royale!

Rosemary and Greg hosted their fairytale wedding day at the University of Notre Dame where they both attended school. The day began with Rosemary getting ready fine tuning all the details hair, make up etc. Rosemary and her ladies had an awesome chill attitude and enjoyed all the moments and laughs with the cameras rolling. After Rosemary’s first look with her dad we scuttled over to the Basilica to get some coverage of the main man (and groom) Greg and prep for the ceremony. There wasn’t much time to get shots in the Basilica due to the current restrictions in place but we work at the Basilica often and have an efficient routine to get ready there so we did our best and got great looks with Greg! As Greg and Rosemary met one another singing in the choir at ND they wanted to make a nod to that by singing a song on campus with other member of their wedding party and friends who were also in choir. They sang at the Grotto on campus and we were right there to record it all. It was a beautiful moment and a perfect, emotive score to begin their film with. So kudos to the couple for trying something a bit different on their wedding day and for doing a beautiful job with it!! Check out their short film.

Jasmine and James Beautiful Wedding Love Story

I got a call from a concerned mother not long ago telling me about how her son and daughter-in law’s wedding day plans had changed last minute due to the videographer having health concerns and and how they now needed a videographer late notice. As it turned out I was available and was delighted to secure the date! So we began to make plans. Between talking with Jasmine’s mother and with Jasmine and James as they were in the airport on their way here we got the details sorted out and all was set! Come to find out the videographer we were replacing was then available to make it for shooting photos so they had double the talent.

It didn’t take long to realize that Jasmine and James are such a great down to earth thoughtful couple. Their wedding ceremony at Nappanee Missionary Church was beautiful with special songs, a sand ceremony, heartfelt vows and a moving message by their minister who joined them from LA to preside over the wedding. They made time for the things that were important to them including friends and family and they made certain to take the time to look around and take it all in throughout the day. Making sure not to let the moments pass by unnoticed. Well enough blogging now check out the film here!
