It was an ideal Wedding day for Kerry and Greg. Entering the narrow drive to Saint Mary’s Girls College, the wooded property is so beautiful and tranquil. It’s a private institution with a rich history and boasts over 100 acres of campus along the St. Joseph river in South Bend. The Holy Spirit Chapel nestled into Le Mans Hall treats it’s visitors to soft yellow colors illuminated by natural light and is a wonderful place to be married. A privilege reserved for only students and Alumni such as our bride Kerry!
A grand reception was only fitting at the inviting and elegant Palais Royale. Guests were treated to a choreographed dance by Kerry and Greg, as well as sweet dances between Kerry and her father and Greg and his mother. The whole day was coordinated to perfection by Angie with Belle Behind the Ball and by Richelle with Palais Royale. Our best to Kerry and Greg!

It was a beautiful day.. We started by filming Brittany, her bridesmaids and Nate getting dressed up at the Mavris. After there were many special events including Brittany’s first looks with her bridesmaids, her father and with Nate! There were letters, gifts and hugs exchanged that were amazing to film. I’d say Brittany and Nate outdid themselves! After the bride and groom first look we went to the Indiana War Memorial for candid photos. It was the kind of swelter outside you’d come to expect in an Indianapolis summer but Brittany and Nate rocked the heat wave like champs and made some beautiful memories through it all. All in all a very fine day at the Mavris! Check out their day and story as told through our lens.
We loved filming for Victoria and Stephen on their spring Wedding day. The lilac trees were in full bloom, everything was green and the smell of spring was in the air! If you’re a bride or groom trying to plan your wedding date and are undaunted by early May weather like Victoria and Stephen it can be one of the most beautiful times of the year to be married.
We began the day with Victoria and Stephen at St. Pius X Church for their ceremony and captured video of the guests arriving and plus the couple getting ready prior to their vows. Our philosophy is to never waste opportunity during the day. This means we don’t just arrive at a location and wait for the ceremonies to start. We capture all the nuances going on around us all the time. These are the moments that can make the story special.
After the vows and formalities we traveled with Victoria and Stephen and their photography team to the circle and the canal downtown for their candid video session. Then to the Indiana Historical Society for the reception. Many thanks to our talented crew Zarah and Sam for filming the day. Our best to the beautiful couple!

Stacey and Taylor had a beautiful, wistful wedding day at the Indiana State Museum. We love weddings at the ISM. It’s a unique location right on the Canal Walk with fantastic photo opportunities and amazing views of Indianapolis. The grounds are especially great on a nice day when there’s people walking, running, paddle-boating or bicycle riding. That kinetic energy between people, nature and space creates an almost magical atmosphere. The kind which I think embodies the spirit of a wedding. Maybe a way to describe it is like stepping into the scene from (La Grande Jatte by Georges Seurat) one of my favorite paintings 🙂
Well enough from me, check out this sweet couples wedding film!!
