The Love story

I love to hear a good love story, don’t you? After all, that is why we do what we do here at Vibrant. Cassidy and Bryon are blessed to have a timeless love story to tell their children someday. During the ceremony the minister did a beautiful job of telling their story and Bryon’s brother added more detail during his speech at the reception. Naturally, I tried to include as much of their story as I could in their feature film because their story is what made their union. Cassidy met Bryon while interning at his church in his hometown of Almo, Michigan. After they struck up a friendship and got to know one another Bryon wanted to ask Cassidy out but assumed she had already placed him in the dreaded friend zone! It wasn’t until Bryon’s brother and another influential person (who the minister jokingly referred to as “a prophet”) in his life encouraged him to just go ahead and ask her out. So he did. And of course the rest was history.

The wedding Film

This is where we come in. Bryon and Cassidy asked us to capture their wedding that took place at Cassidy’s home church Church at the Crossing in Indianapolis. They hosted family and friends during their reception at the beautiful Iron + Ember in Carmel. We had awesome weather for filming outdoors given it was in November. Having a fall wedding can be a risk but it was well worth it. There were still some colorful leaves on the trees and we had an incredibly warm day which made filming portraits and cocktails outdoors a delight.

We never grow tired of the opportunity to capture someone’s special day. Bryon and Cassidy – thank you for making our jobs easy! We wish you the best knowing your best is yet to come — cheers!
