Gina and John had a very standard Basilica to Palais Royale wedding day plan. Although it’s a common combination, that’s for good reason because it’s a beautiful compliment between wedding venues. From the classic architecture and stained glass of the Basilica to the historic qualities and grand elegance of the Palais from times past. These two venues share a sense of timeless beauty and epic wedding day feeling that are undeniable.

The day got rolling with John, Gina and their party getting ready at the Doubletree Hotel in South Bend. John presented Gina with a beautiful pearl necklace and a surprise reveal of their honeymoon destination. Gina presented John with a beautiful pocket watch and her mother and father with traditional hankies to dry their tears. Gina joked the Old wives’ tail goes “if you catch one of the Bride’s tears with the hanky, your crops will be grow and be watered.”
For the ceremonies Gina and John said their vows in the Basilica and partied afterward at the beautiful Palais Royale.

It’s not all the time you meet a couple who are as likable as John and Gina. They’re both very genuine, good hearted people. These characteristics which have no doubt served them well as individuals will surely make for a very successful marriage going forward. We wish Gina and John the best that life has to offer!
