We had a great time at Molly and Jordan’s wedding. The day went super smooth from getting ready through formals and before we knew it we were following the cow limo to the reception! What’s a cow limo? It’s a limo dressed as a cow, what else? We were blown away by the beautiful design by Martha (Molly’s Mother) and the event planner, Beth from Plum and Poppy. I don’t want to know how they got lighting to hang from the ceiling some 30′ up but it looked nice. History lesson: the farm was built in 1867, as a food producing venue for the rapidly growing Notre Dame University and was used for over 100 years to that end! All in all it was family and friends having fun and sharing hilarious speeches that made the day special for Molly, Jordan and their guests. Well enough said, check out their highlights film! […] St. Joe farm is really special as it’s a massive space, with room overhead not interrupted by a loft. Most big barns have a loft or some kind of upper level. It’s also an original wood structure dating back 100 plus years. In addition there’s plenty of unique spaces around the farm for your photography sessions. Having great photo settings is huge when you’re looking at a rural venue where you will be all day. So if you’re looking for a barn wedding venue with great photo locations that will host a large crowd it’s definitely one to look at. After watching Lexi and Brocks film also check another fun wedding we filmed at the Farm! […]
