Katie and Blaine! What a super couple and what a beautiful wedding they hosted at The Columbia Club! The Columbia Club has long been one of our favorite wedding venues. It’s historic elegance is second to none. The location is amazing situated right on the Indianapolis circle, it’s really about as old money as you can get which gives it a certain flair! I’m not pretentious but I do love a venue with an air of sophistication for a wedding day. Not to mention the views from the ballroom or any room are fantastic.

Their event took place the same day as the Indy Criterium which for those who don’t know is a bike race all around downtown Indy. I mention this to explain how challenging that can be. With cyclists and spectators pouring into the downtown it makes hosting a wedding in the city prohibitive. We got it done though and the day went off without a hitch. To say the crowd and energy on the circle was perfect for their downtown wedding is an understatement.
