Jessica’s father eloquently stated in his father of the bride speech, planning a wedding is like preparing for a new baby. “There’s lots of anticipation, planning, hard work, stress, some anxiety, and in the end you get to welcome a new member into the family!” “So welcome Austin our newest bundle of joy!” Our warmest congratulations to Jessica, Austin and their families on their brand new bundle of joy via a new marriage! Seriously one of our favorite Father of the bride speeches.

Our team Zarah, Sam and myself had a great time hanging out and filming for Jessica and Austin. The entire bridal party, especially the couple, were so great to work with. They really cared about our role as videographers and made every effort to help us be successful in our job.

We started the day with getting ready at The Oliver Inn in South Bend. The ceremony was at the Basilica at Notre Dame. This is truly one of our favorite places to film! You can’t go wrong with the gorgeous architecture and stain glass windows. Following the ceremony we had a blast doing videography on the ND football field, filming with the very talented Katie and Chris from Whitcomb Photography. For the reception Lori Kimmel and her team took excellent care of everyone at The Homestead 1835 (which is no longer active as of this revision). Thank you again to Jessica and Austin and their families for letting us capture their beautiful wedding! We hope you enjoy the film.
