We enjoyed filming with Andrew and Elizabeth as they married like champions at Notre Dame! From the moment I arrived and the ladies were dancing to the classic tune everlasting love, I knew it was going to be great. I think there was some pent up energy since the wedding had been delayed for over a year. Andrew and Elizabeth were married in a small civil ceremony in 2021 when they had to cancel their plans due to covid. They never gave up on their dream of a big Notre Dame wedding though and their persistence paid off! As the best man said in his speech Notre Dame has a history of winning and often takes three years of planning to pull off the championship. Or in their case three years to pull off the dream wedding!

The day began and ended on campus. We started filming at the Morris Inn, a short walk from the Basilica and ceremony site. Getting ready was really fun. Andrew showed us his jacket with special lining portraying the Dome and brought along his collection of ND football helmets to see. Of course the ladies were super pumped for Elizabeth and loved prepping with her. The ceremony was beautiful with a very full room of guests. And after the ceremony we filmed all around campus in the snow and cold! Kudos to the wedding party for braving that wind chill. Although we didn’t linger long outdoors we filmed beautiful scenes with the couple. All followed up by a picture perfect wedding reception with dances and speeches at the stadium in the beautiful Dahnke Ballroom. I think it’s safe to say Andrew and Elizabeth married like champions! Check out their short film!!
