We loved filming for Victoria and Stephen on their spring Wedding day. The lilac trees were in full bloom, everything was green and the smell of spring was in the air! If you’re a bride or groom trying to plan your wedding date and are undaunted by early May weather like Victoria and Stephen it can be one of the most beautiful times of the year to be married.
We began the day with Victoria and Stephen at St. Pius X Church for their ceremony and captured video of the guests arriving and plus the couple getting ready prior to their vows. Our philosophy is to never waste opportunity during the day. This means we don’t just arrive at a location and wait for the ceremonies to start. We capture all the nuances going on around us all the time. These are the moments that can make the story special.
After the vows and formalities we traveled with Victoria and Stephen and their photography team to the circle and the canal downtown for their candid video session. Then to the Indiana Historical Society for the reception. Many thanks to our talented crew Zarah and Sam for filming the day. Our best to the beautiful couple!

It was a true pleasure to work with Katie and Dan and film their holiday season wedding event. We started the day at the Carmel Lutheran Church where Dan’s father is the pastor and presided over a beautiful wedding ceremony for them. Afterward Dan, Katie & the wedding party braved the cold with us at the circle downtown for some great shots with the christmas lights and city bustle. Once we all thawed out from the photo session it was time to move inside for the grand entrance on the 4th floor then on upstairs for dinner and dancing at The Columbia Club. Side note, if you like Mumford and Sons music I’m sure you’ll enjoy this trailer. So crank up the speakers on your computing device and enjoy! Our best to the couple!
Tonight I’ll be filming the semifinal match of the Notre Dame Bengal Bouts. This will be my second year filming this sporting event to demo one of the competitors. Here’s a excerpt from their homepage to describe the event.
Started in 1931 by Knute Rockne and Dominic Napolitano, the Bengal Bouts is a long-standing Notre Dame tradition. Each year, thousands of fans come out to support the students in the tournament, the proceeds of which benefit the Holy Cross Missions in Bangladesh by funding educational initiatives for tribal peoples who make up the poorest one percent of the country.
I was recently asked to film at the Indianapolis Marriot East for Mr. Weldon Long an author, and speaker who broke a twenty-year cycle of prison, poverty and addiction after experiencing a great personal change in prison. After his release, he founded a multimillion-dollar business and has recently authored the Upside of fear. Quite a story!
