A true theme of Jagger and Madeline’s wedding event was hospitality and inclusivity. They were very warm and welcoming from the first time we met and made a special effort throughout the weekend to make everyone feel welcomed and appreciated.
Madeline and Jagger brought it all back to where it began at their alma mater The University of Notre Dame. Something I don’t often do but was a highlight for me was attending their rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding at Rohr’s in the Morris Inn. It was great way to get better acquainted with their family and friends before their actual event. Not only was it fun to film all the heartfelt speeches & interview their guests but they provided us a delicious meal along with everyone else.
The wedding day itself was amazing! From getting ready at the Morris and taking photos with Ben Pancoast Photography around Notre Dame campus and on the football field it flowed smoothly. We made the best of every minute and every moment along with Jagger and Madeline. To the couple many thanks for your hospitality and inclusivity. Join me in helping them celebrate all over again by watching the film!
We enjoyed filming with Andrew and Elizabeth as they married like champions! From the moment I arrived and the ladies were dancing to the classic tune everlasting love, I knew it was going to be great. I think there was some pent up energy since the wedding had been delayed for over a year. Andrew and Elizabeth were married in a small civil ceremony in 2021 when they had to cancel their plans due to covid. They never gave up on their dream of a big Notre Dame wedding though and their persistence paid off! As the best man said in his speech Notre Dame has a history of winning and often takes three years of planning to pull off the championship. Or in their case three years to pull off the dream wedding!
The day began and ended on campus. We started filming at the Morris Inn, a short walk from the Basilica and ceremony site. Getting ready was really fun. Andrew showed us his jacket with special lining portraying the Dome and brought along his collection of ND football helmets to see. Of course the ladies were super pumped for Elizabeth and loved prepping with her. The ceremony was beautiful with a very full room of guests. And after the ceremony we filmed all around campus in the snow and cold! Kudos to the wedding party for braving that wind chill. Although we didn’t linger long outdoors we filmed beautiful scenes with the couple. All followed up by a picture perfect wedding reception with dances and speeches at the stadium in the beautiful Dahnke Ballroom. I think it’s safe to say Andrew and Elizabeth married like champions! Check out their short film!!

Molly and Adam’s vow renewal wedding was another story of triumph over adversity in the midst of a very goofy, disruptive wedding season. Molly and Adam were married in a scaled back ceremony on their original wedding day in May. We attended their second celebration including their vow renewal and reception at Trinity Banquet Hall later in September. It was a beautiful, fun wedding day which turned out perfectly. We had a great time filming alongside Soul Creations Photography, real professionals at their craft. Molly and Adam did just a couple of things differently with their ceremony being a vow renewal which was fun. See if you can spot them!
There are often striking similarities between schedules and locations during our wedding season. This year we had two couples in back to back weekends get married at St. Louis De Montfort Church in Fishers, IN. I think it’s God’s way of telling us he has a plan!
The first couple we just posted about, Nora and Dan. The next was Molly and Zach! Molly and Zach are a joy to be around and had a truly amazing wedding day. The day started with some rain showers as we were filming the ladies getting ready. Molly said before meeting Zach she would’ve been totally freaking out about it but so much of her attitude toward life has changed since knowing Zach. His easygoing approach helps her not worry too much about the details! Not to mention she and Zach are serious golfers and a golfer never lets a little rain stop them! So they had fun and enjoyed every minute of the day.
I loved filming at Daniel’s Vineyard for the second time in as many years. It was perfect with it’s covered patios for guests to be indoors and venture outside to overlook the vineyards. The grand ballroom was nicely decked out and perfect for their large group.
