It was a beautiful September day for JoAnna and Brian’s Wedding celebration at Tippecanoe Place Restaurant in South Bend, IN. Sometimes magic really strikes between the location, planning, weather and execution and it did this time in spades! I love how JoAnna and Brian’s wedding although elegant and refined had an very relaxed feel. Cheers to Belle Behind the Ball for excellent planning and double cheers to JoAnna and Brian for saying I do!
I always work to create a film that fits our clients personalities and wedding style uniquely and I believe this one does that well. Haley and Adam’s wedding was fun, fast paced and beautiful! There were many great memories from getting ready at the Union Hotel to the wedding party sharing a drink at Harry’s in West Lafayette. Adam, Haley and Audra from Hearts Arrow Events designed the reception details beautifully including a beautifully handcrafted hardwood table handmade by Adam. The reception was outdoors at The Farm in Prophetstown State Park and included a light rain later in the evening which served as a little romantic background of sorts for the first dance. See what you think!

This is an exciting time for Vibe Productions as we take on another year in business and continue to grow our portfolio and client base. This year we are especially looking forward to continued technical advances as we were able to recently enter the world of dslr videography using digital single lens reflex cameras commonly used to take pictures but also sought after now by cinematographers as a less expensive alternative to 35mm film. The cameras have excellent features such as the ability to change lenses, full HD resolution and excellent light and color space. I’ve had the chance to use my slr on several projects this past fall and am looking forward to doing more work with and accessorizing the camera this year.
I’m also looking forward to opportunities to fill the role of cinematographer/director on a couple of independent projects that are in the works now and slated to begin shooting sometime this spring here in Indianapolis.
I hope for you and us that the next year will bring prosperity, change, and blessings.
