Well another awesome season is wrapping up for us here at the Vibe Video Productions headquarters in the now very snowy and impassable Indianapolis. We’re proud to have represented our company well this year while filming for awesome couples from all over Indiana and some from out of state. So in addition to writing a blog about Rachel and Adam and telling them how much we appreciate and enjoyed working for them I’d like to take this chance to say Happy Holidays and thanks to all of our couples and excellent freelance employees from this year! Your commissions and efforts make it possible for us to keep doing the work we love and we appreciate all of your support and good will toward us.
Of course the wedding season is almost over for this year but we’ve been busy through November and December with one event to shoot yet this coming weekend! We always try to get as many of our films as possible edited and out by Christmas but of course always have a few that we just can’t get to as they were more recent events and we’re still editing weddings from the lovely fall days in October. Well I must say we are a day past Christmas with Adam & Rachel’s blog post but still they are our official Christmas couple for 2012! Once the snowplows clear up our roads enough to drive, their Blu-ray discs will be delivered to Santa’s helpers at the post office and whisked down the chimney of their home here in Indy. But until then we’ll have to settle for presenting the highlights of their day here on our site. Last but definitely not least a big thanks for filming to our freelancers Zarah & Eric. Sit back relax and check out their film!

Aside from the fact that Gina & Cody were one of the nicest couples I’ve had the pleasure of working for they also had one of the largest groups I’ve witnessed in their wedding party. That combined with the huge turnout of friends and family almost packing the church and the beautiful Lerner Theatre ballroom to capacity was a testament to how many people they have in their lives that care about them. Well.. either that or they came for the incredible food that the Lerner kitchen cranked out ha, jk! As I’ve heard said a wedding isn’t defined by signing of documents, good food and putting on fancy clothes. Although those things do matter the true reason is the coming together of families and friends to say we publicly affirm this union and give you our blessing. If anyone reading this is torn about whether to spring for a wedding I’d say go for it. It’s so amazing to have all the people who are closest and most meaningful to you all in one place with the purpose of celebrating you and your spouses life, marriage and future.

Kari and Ben had a lovely wedding near my hometown in up in Northern Indiana. They were truly a pleasure to work with and make a wonderful couple.
This wedding was extra special as we had the privilege to work with one of oldest and dearest friends in the business Jeanne Allen of Vibe Photography. We got some great shots of the couple together before the reception kicked off at the Christiana Creek Country Club.
Kick back relax and enjoy this short highlights of the day!
Vibe Productions went to film for Lexy and Brandon this past weekend and came away with great footage and experiences. Lexy and Brandon live here in Indianapolis however Lexy and her family are from Elkhart, Ind. where the wedding took place. Both families were great and made us feel very welcome. And I’d have to say I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a more eloquent group. We were privileged to film the rehearsal dinner at Antonio’s, thanks Jan and Lynn Burke, and recorded a ton of great toasts by the parents of the bride and groom and the couple.
The day of the wedding, at the mother of the brides request, we started early filming at Hairmasters Salon in Elkhart. We don’t usually get asked to film at the salon but really enjoyed it and got great shots of Lexy and the girls getting their hair done.
The ceremony was at the First Presbyterian Church in Elkhart, a great place for weddings because of the large glass window artwork behind the altar. The reception followed at Elcona Country Club with a five-star dinner from the kitchen, dancing and toasts to celebrate Lexy and Brandon’s marriage.
Thanks Lexy and Brandon for letting us be a part of your special day and Debby for hiring us!
