We recently had the privilege to film Shannon and Adam’s wedding in Lafayette, Indiana. Shannon first contacted me during the pandemic lockdown back in May. She and her then fiancé Adam were gracious and took plenty of time to call and talk with me. I noted right away they were a great team! Two kind and thoughtful people. We talked over the challenges of doing life and planning a wedding during a lockdown and about how they met at their work both being engineers for a company in Lafayette, Indiana. It’s really neat to hear how God’s hand in providence brought them together from far apart. Adam coming from Texas and Shannon from her study abroad in Germany both to Lafayette, Indiana where they both felt comfortable settling in and starting a life together. Long story short Shannon and Adam had been planning their wedding for awhile and were a bit ruffled by the pandemic but not deterred from their plans to be married! They kept their date but did need to scale back. This is where we the videographers came into the picture, to help tell their story for those who weren’t able to attend. I loved Shannon and Adam’s attitude and positivity. Rather than being beat down about the circumstances they wanted to make the best of it, enjoy the day and enjoy getting married to each other. It’s that attitude that made their day a great success and I know will serve them well in their married life together! Our best to Adam and Shannon, may all your dreams come true and have many happy years together!

True to tradition Kristin and Drew’s wedding party sang “Going to the chapel..” I believe the tradition is everyone who sings it at a family wedding gets married eventually. I actually filmed a wedding for a member of Kristin and Drew’s extended family the year before and they sang the song at her wedding as well. It’s pretty neat to have a longstanding goofy/fun tradition like that.
What a great couple and family, we had a blast filming for them.
This is a promotional video we created for Harvest Community Church in Goshen, IN. The concept was to show the mission and values of the church in a 90 second piece. It was challenging getting all the shots we needed during services and took a few weeks of shoots but with help from the people at Zion and a great voice over effort by a member of the church we have a very compelling piece that I believe promotes the church well.
Vibe Productions had the privilege of filming Amy and Chris Kidney’s wedding July, 18 in Niles MI. This was an amazing wedding, beautifully planned from start to finish. Amy and Chris decided to book us for the Gold Package two manned cameras for 9 hours plus to get all the action. The ceremony was at The Morris Chapel in Niles, MI build by the owner awhile back for his daughters wedding. its been refinished since and is a beautiful facility comfortable and not too formal. Chris and Amy got some great photos and action shots before the ceremony in the surrounding grounds and historic schoolhouse on the property.
The reception was located at the Carriage house in South Bend. It began with drinks and string music in the garden then came indoors to an excellent dinner. After dinner and some great toasts we went back out to the tent in the garden for some wild times and reception fun mc’d by Spotlight Entertainment. It was a magical evening with great events and lots of fun. Great job Amy and Chris!
