What a wedding adventure of sights, sounds and all the feels. I often think of a wedding day as an adventure. It’s fun, it’s a step into the unknown. It starts with much excitement and expectation. It has unexpected twists and turns. It teaches us things we didn’t know, we meet new people along the way. And it’s always about making new memories.
We followed Rachelle and Brooks down memory lane. We learned about how everything began with a “non date” date to a Chicago cubs game. We heard how they went from friends just going to a baseball game together to their wedding day. We heard and couldn’t stop singing a heart warming song sung by Brook’s father to the couple. Brooks and Rachelle celebrated well with awesome vows, notes, speeches, dances. The location Rock Run Creek Barn was perfect for their event. Not to mention it allowed them to be outdoors when the pandemic was shutting everything down. They began the day there. Hosted the ceremony there outdoors and the reception inside. They ended the night with an epic sparkler send off and drove away in a classic car at sunset. Wow, what a wedding adventure! And the adventure is really just getting started for them.
