JL Photography Promo

I was recently commissioned to make a promotional video for a good photographer friend of ours. Her name is Jessica Green and she works out of a really cool downtown studio in Greenfield, IN. In fact you may recognize her from Justin and Jessica’s wedding film we finished recently.

Trailer – Danielle & Nate’s wedding at the Indiana Statehouse

It’s really cool to film multiple weddings for the same family and that happened for us this year with Nate & his sister Brittany. The funny thing is Nate looked me up online and saw his sisters film trailer only then realizing we did his sisters video. He was actually doing military service at the time and couldn’t attend the wedding so had no idea we were there. Long story short we ended up filming his and Danielle’s wedding in December and really enjoyed working with them as well!

First we captured Nate and his groomsmen at the Omni Hotel doing a pre ceremony tequila toast which has come to be a tradition among his friends. Then we took a short hop over to where Dani and her friends were getting ready at the Statehouse and got some great shots of them. Of course it was then go time for the ceremony and a very cool paper airplane sendoff – which was appropriate as Nate’s in the air force! Best of luck to the couple. Trailer – Abby & Larry’s Thanksgiving weekend event

Abby and Larry threw a huge and very well designed party for their wedding guests in LaPorte, IN. It was easygoing fun all day long thanks to the couple who made us feel very welcome and appreciated. We also had fun braving the cold with the wedding party and the ever creative Joan of Josephiney Photography to get some great shots outside and in a cool barn the couple designated for their shoot. Being the weekend of Thanksgiving day and with so much amazing food at their reception I don’t think I needed to eat for days after that!

Renae & Jeremy – Feature Film, wedding in Indianapolis at the Union Station

Of course one of our favorite couples of the year had to be Renae & Jeremy and they were married in our favorite Indianapolis venue, Union Station. So that’s what I’d call a win win situation! And I must say we’ve had some incredible luck with the weather in 2012. Although their wedding was in November it felt like a spring day allowing us to get beautiful shots around downtown Indy. Our best to the happy couple!
